You can use Vonza to generate QR Code for your forms in the following steps:

1. Click on the Marketing tab on the left side bar.

2. Click on Forms.

3. Select the form you want a QR code for.

4. Click on the top right dropdown arrow for the form and select Generate QR Code

5. Download QR code
