You can use the signature tool easily on Vonza in the following steps:


1. Click on the Commerce tab on the left side bar.


2. Click on Signature.


3. Click on the Add New Document Button


4. Upload your document or import from Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or Box.


5. Click the Prepare Document button


6. Choose an action on the left (Sign & Send for Signature)


7. Add your Signers and Continue


8. Place all required fields (text, Date, Signature) in the spaces.


9. Assign and send document for signature
