You can create free or paid meetings with your Scheduling.
Create your first meeting in these easy steps below:
1. Click on Marketing and then Scheduling (New) on the left and click Create Meeting button.
2. Select One-on-one from the list of options.
3. Set up your details - title, description, meeting location, duration (select free or paid amount).
4. Select your date range or indefinitely into the future.
5. Customize your days and hours of availability.
6. Select your time zone from the dropdown.
7. From additional settings, select your "Start increment time" - This is the frequency of available time slots. (Check notes below for description)
8. Select your booking language from the dropdown.
9. You can also add bump offers to your meeting from the Bump offers setting.
10. Move to the form tab to add questions for your meeting (as needed).
11. Set your basic notification preferences in the Preferences tab.
12. In the general tab, you can add a friendly url, choose your primary and secondary colors, upload your logo and a thumbnail image. Save all your settings.

Notes:
Minimum Notice Time — "How soon can someone book you?": Sets a window before the current time where no bookings are allowed. 60 minutes means nobody can book you less than an hour from now. Has zero effect on future dates.
Start Time Increment — "How much personal breathing room between every slot?" : Adds a fixed gap after every meeting end, applied to all slots whether booked or not.
Buffer Time — "How much recovery time around real bookings?" : Unlike the increment (which is always on), buffer time only activates when a slot is already booked. If someone books 10:00–10:30 and buffer is 15 min, the system hides anything that lands within 15 minutes of that booking. Think of it as a "confirmed appointment protection zone."
