Below is a step-by-step guide for a user to add zoom app:

Adding the App — Required.

1. Log In:

   - First, log in to your account at vonza.com using your credentials.

   - Alternatively, you can create a new platform account at Vonza: The community platform for creators.

2. Navigate to Scheduling:

   - In your dashboard menus, under the 'Marketing' menu, you will find a menu item named 'Scheduling NEW'. Click on it to navigate to the Vonza scheduling app.

3. Access Integration:

   - In the Vonza scheduling app, there is a menu item named 'Integration' on the left sidebar. Click on it to navigate to the integration screen, where you will find a Zoom option with a connect button.

4. Connect Zoom:

   - Click on the 'Connect' button. This will redirect you to the Zoom policy acceptance page, where you can either accept or reject the permissions. Once you accept, Zoom will redirect you to the specified redirect URI with a code and some platform details.

5. Process Connection:

   - On the redirect page, process the request to connect. After a successful connection, you will see a success message, and you will be redirected back to the integration screen where you started the connection process.

6. Create a Meeting:

   - In the left sidebar, navigate to the 'Meeting' menu. Click on 'Create meeting' and select 'one-on-one'.

   - In the meeting details screen, add Zoom as the location right after the description field.

7. Meeting Options:

   - After successfully creating the meeting, you will see different options such as live preview and a 'Settings' icon on the top right.

   - Click on the settings icon to open the menu. Select 'Copy link', and the meeting link will be copied.

8. Book the Meeting:

   - Open the copied link in a new tab (it is recommended to use an incognito window). Book the meeting by selecting a date and slot, and fill out the form. You will then be navigated to the confirmation screen where you can view the details of the booked meeting.

9. Generate Zoom Meeting Link:

   - In this step, we use the connected account to generate the Zoom meeting link.

   - On the confirmation screen, the end user will receive the Zoom link on behalf of the admin or platform owner.

10. Disconnecting the App:

If you want to disconnect your app, simply go to the integration screen. If your account is connected, there will be a disconnect button instead of a connect button. Click on the disconnect button to remove your third-party app details completely.
