On Vonza Payments, credit/debit card transactions are paid out directly to your bank account via Stripe based on the payout schedule. Credit/debit card transactions are paid out on business days (excluding weekends and US banking holidays) in USD. The time of arrival of funds into your bank account varies by your institution.
Payout Suspended or Blocked
This usually happens when:
1. There are disputes.
2. There are chargebacks on your platform.
3. Suspicious/fraudulent activities are detected on your platform.
When you receive an email concerning payout blocked/suspended, you can still continue to sell on your platform and when the investigation is complete, your funds will be released. No need to worry.
