You can add the email subscription form to any page in these easy steps below:
1. Click on the Builder tab to the left and then click website and then My Sites.
2. Click Edit Header on the bottom left of the header section.
3. From the Header Style component, select fixed to make your header fixed.
4. Hit Save.
5. When you refresh and then scroll your page, you notice that the top header bar is always fixed
