You are able to cancel at any time on any of the subscription plans through your account by following the steps below.
1. Navigate to your dashboard.
2. Click on Plans on the left side.
3. Click on the icon beside the Update Billing button.
4. Select Cancel your plan and then No, I want to cancel button.
5. Once you cancel, please note that your subscription, your customer subscriptions and domain will be cancelled as well.
You will have access till the end of the paid subscription period unless you ask for immediate cancellation of your platform. (Contact Support for immediate cancellation).
