Vonza accepts the following debit or credit cards

  • American Express

  • MasterCard

  • Visa


Changing Your Billing Info

As the Admin of your platform, you can change your platform's billing information by following these steps:


1. In your Vonza admin sidebar, select Settings.


2. Under settings, select the Billing tab.


3. Enter the new payment method you would like to add.


4. Click Save.



Failed Payment Attempts

If the card on file for your platform is declined for any reason, Vonza will notify you via email. Afterwards, we'll automatically attempt to process your plan payment the day after and on the 4th day after the initial failed payment. It may take 6 - 24 hours for your access to be restored.


If all these payment attempts fail, your platform will be blocked and platform expires until payment is made for it to be restored.
